July 23rd (5pm)-26th (5pm) - All Attendees
July 23rd - Educators Day, 9am-3pm (Elite & Higher, by invitation only) *Make note: If you are not an active Educator but want to attend Educator Day event, the cost is $75.00 per person. This event is for Elite OSCIs and higher only.

This year we are including the surfaces for the projects! All other supplies you will need to bring with you will be emailed to all who sign up by May 14, 2024, in the final letter for convention.

Cost $649.00 per person, must book sleeping room at Embassy Suites. For those who do NOT book at host hotel, price for convention is $799.00 for you. If you live within a 40 mile radius of event location in Florida, then you do NOT have to book a sleeping room.

Includes: Paint, surfaces, and instruction by Donna Dewberry.

Meals included: 3 lunches & 1 appetizer

We will be offering a Free fun make-it-take event you can go to Wednesday evening and create with others if you want , included in Convention price for attendee's:

July 24th at 7pm to 8:15pm

Award Evening for all attendees who would like to attend

*Terms for payment plan: Must have a valid credit card on file to have card charged for each above payment on schedule. For late payments due to declined cards, expired cards, you will have up to 2 days to give amandadewberry@hotmail.com new payment details before a late fee for payment plan payment in the amount of $10.00 is added to each payment that is more than 2 days late. It is your responsibility to ensure your card on file is valid.

*Up to 2 people per room at price stated & for the registration regular price. Should 3 or more people book in a sleeping room the convention registration price is more per person and sleeping room rate goes up to 4 people at an additional rate. No exceptions on this rule, we do apologize.

BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED for all Hotel guests, as well as a FREE HOTEL-PROVIDED RECEPTION every night with snacks and drinks from 5:30pm to 7pm in the lobby bar/restaurant area.

Education Refunds:

All deposits for education events are non-refundable. Balances are non-refundable 30 days from the due date. Some cases (special events) balances are absolutely non-refundable but transferable. For more information on the event you are interested in, please contact us. Dewberry Crafts has the right to change any location of an event within a 35 mile radius of the original location, if necessary. All attendees will be contacted if changes occur. Dewberry Crafts reserves the right to modify the agenda, instructors and class content. In certain circumstances we may allow you to move your deposit to a future event. *If a transfer is approved by Amanda, we will only allow 1 transfer per paid attendee. A $25 transfer fee will apply to any approved transfers. All Education events are non-transferable to another person.
