Shipping Rates and Policies
Office/Warehouse Hours:
We are open Monday through Thursday 9:30am to 4:00pm Eastern. We are closed Friday through Sunday. (orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern do not start processing until the following business day)
All orders placed on the weekend do NOT start processing until the following Monday business day!
Order Processing Time:
If you place an order at www.onestroke.com or via email- All orders placed after 3pm Eastern Time will begin processing on the following business day. Orders take 3 to 8 business days to process and then shipping time is based on shipping method customer has chosen.
Shipping Methods:
Regular Ground Shipping within continental US - Please allow 7 to 10 business days per USPS.
First Class Shipping within continental US - Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the time of order for delivery for packages under 3 lbs.
Priority ( Expedited ) shipping means that your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, usually 2 to 5 business days but not guaranteed by USPS. This allows for shipping time however most orders under this category will be shipped out within 2 business days, thus your order could take up to 5 business days or more depending on the USPS.
Air Shipments:
If 2nd Day is selected, please allow 4 business days from the time of order for delivery.
If Next Day is selected, please allow 3 business days from the time of order for delivery.

Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax to all Florida customers. If you should have a business license and are tax exempt please contact us Monday through Friday (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) at 352-394-7344.

If you have not received your order within the timeframe outlined below, go to the Order Status section of our site under the Help menu on our Home Page and check your order status there or let us help you by calling us at 352-394-7344.

Free Shipping Promotions:
Due to new United States Postal shipping changes (as of January 26, 2014) some addresses that Standard shipping rates previously applied are no longer qualified for those rates but instead Priority rates apply . We have no control over such changes and until the USPS either works this situation out or makes the necessary changes we will charge the applicable rate. Additionally we are unable to identify these areas until shipping is submitted through the USPS Click and Ship site. We apologize for this and hope that the USPS will clarify or correct this asap.
Our website is linked to the USPS Click and Ship site and you are required to choose a method of shipping. If -0- is chosen then the method of the least expensive rate will be applied to your order. If we are offering a free shipping offer then we will choose the method of shipping unless you upgrade and you will only be responsible for the upgraded expense.
